Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Parda House is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Parda House will not be held responsible for such delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution if applicable.
